2. The right to withdraw or terminate within 14 days without giving a reason
If you register on Nitro Campus as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it (the day the contract is concluded by registering). If, at your express request, the provision of the digital service has already begun within this period, you may terminate the contract without giving a reason within 14 days, under the conditions laid down by law.
The 14-day period runs from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right, it is enough to send your statement before the period ends. Immediate access after registering does not in itself mean losing the 14-day right.
3. Making the statement
You can tell NITROWISE LABS Zrt. that you wish to withdraw or terminate with a clear statement, by email to info@nitrowise.com, by post to the address above, or online. You may use the separately attached model withdrawal/termination form, but you do not have to.
You can also submit your statement with the online "withdraw from the contract" function on the Portal. The Service Provider confirms the online statement on a durable medium without undue delay.
4. The consequences of withdrawal or termination
Withdrawal or termination ends the contract concluded by registering, and access to the registered user account may end. As the Nitro Campus service is free of charge, you have no payment obligation because of the withdrawal or termination, and no money needs to be refunded.
The further processing and deletion of personal data, and any legal retention obligations, are governed by the Privacy notice and the applicable data protection rules. Separately given recruitment consent can be withdrawn at any time; this right is independent of the right of withdrawal or termination.
5. Closing the account after 14 days
After the 14-day period, too, you may at any time initiate the termination of the free user relationship concluded for an indefinite period, with the Portal's function for this or with a request sent to info@nitrowise.com, under section 10 of the Terms and Conditions.
